Vous avez beau le chercher, le sommeil ne vient pas au moment du coucher, divers facteurs; votre environnement, le stress, l’exposition aux \u00e9crans, peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 l’origine de vos insomnies, c’est le moment de changer vos habitudes pour retomber dans les bras de Morph\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Un bon sommeil fait partie d’une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie au m\u00eame titre qu’une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et mener une activit\u00e9 sportive.<\/p>\n

Quelques conseils pour mieux dormir.<\/h3>\n

On commence par par prendre en compte les signaux du sommeil<\/strong>, les b\u00e2illements ont lieu \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, les paupi\u00e8res s’alourdissent et vous n’\u00eates plus concentr\u00e9s sur votre activit\u00e9, c’est le moment d’aller se coucher. Une des cl\u00e9s pour retrouver un sommeil r\u00e9parateur est de respecter la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de l’heure \u00e0 laquelle vous allez dormir. Rien de plus important qu’une bonne nuit de sommeil !<\/p>\n

Veillez \u00e0 arr\u00eater les \u00e9crans au moins heure avant de dormir.<\/strong>
\nLe manque de sommeil est bien souvent li\u00e9 \u00e0 une surexposition aux \u00e9crans, tablettes, smartphones et ordinateurs, sans compter les divertissements li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces outils (jeux, s\u00e9ries…).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Prenez le temps de vous relaxer avant de dormir<\/strong><\/a>, on arr\u00eate le sport trop tardif, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez la lecture, une tisane, un bain, de la musique douce, on r\u00e9duit l’intensit\u00e9 des lumi\u00e8res, on peut faire si on est stress\u00e9 une s\u00e9ance de sophrologie ou de m\u00e9ditation, toutes les techniques sont bonnes surtout si vous les ancrer dans un rituel du soir.<\/p>\n
